Epoxy Floor Removed and Replaced

We performed an Epoxy Pearl coating removal service for our customers. This situation was not new to us. The customer had their floor coated by a different company four years ago and he was given a 10-year warranty. The floor required repairs covered under that company's warranty, our customer was told the company had gone out of business.

We were leaving the customer with no warranty coverage. To resolve this issue, the customer contacted us after learning about our lifetime warranty. They were impressed with the entire process, from Hunter in sales to our installation team. We removed the epoxy and coated it with our polyaspartic floor coating in pearl.
